SiteTest is an AI-powered web auditing service that analyzes websites for:

• Accessibility compliance (WCAG guidelines)
• SEO best practices
• Performance metrics and optimization opportunities

The Service uses automated browser testing powered by AI to crawl and analyze publicly accessible web pages. Results are provided for informational purposes to help identify potential issues.

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Scan websites you do not own or have authorization to test
• Attempt to exploit, harm, or gain unauthorized access to any system
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to it
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Resell or redistribute the Service without written permission
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
• Generate excessive load that could degrade service for other users

You are solely responsible for ensuring you have proper authorization to scan any website submitted to our Service.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of SiteTest and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of SiteTest.

You retain ownership of any content you submit for analysis. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to access and analyze such content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our Service.

Audit data and reports are retained for a limited period to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

Certain features of the Service may require payment. By purchasing credits or subscriptions, you agree to pay all applicable fees.

All payments are processed securely through our payment provider. Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice. Refunds may be issued at our discretion for unused credits within 30 days of purchase.

Free tier usage is subject to fair use limits. We reserve the right to limit or suspend accounts that exceed reasonable usage patterns.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. AUTOQA MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, AND HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the results obtained will be accurate or reliable.

Audit results are automated assessments and may not identify all issues. They should not be considered a comprehensive security or compliance audit.

IN NO EVENT SHALL AUTOQA, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE.

Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SiteTest and its licensees and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact us to request account deletion.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
